In her new role, Fox will spearhead market-leading connected planning excellence throughout OMG UK, striving to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and outcomes for clients. Her focus will encompass equipping the group and its clients to navigate the growing complexity of the media landscape and harness the wealth of available data for fully integrated planning across paid, owned, and earned communications.
Formerly the Chief Operating Officer at OMD, Byron directed the agency’s robust investment and trading team, optimizing operational efficiency and commercial performance. He played a key role in the evolution of OMD’s operating model, including the launch of the A.T.O.M team (automation, tech, operations & measurement), leading to more efficient and effective client solutions and substantial growth for the agency and its clients. Byron currently serves as the Chair of the IPA’s Commercial Leadership group.
