Art director Nairn and copywriter Clarke, an acclaimed creative duo from Australia, have garnered attention for their exceptional work. With their recent triumph at the Cannes Young Lions, where they clinched gold in the global competition, they’ve solidified their reputation for excellence.
Having previously made waves at Sydney’s independent agency Dig, Nairn and Clarke are now set to bring their talent to The Monkeys Aotearoa creative department. They will be joining a team led by chief creative officer Damon Stapleton and creative directors James Conner and Christie Cooper.
Nairn expresses, “After making our mark in Sydney, Damon’s offer to collaborate with a whole new country of creatives was irresistible.”
Clarke shares the sentiment, stating, “We’re thrilled about the creative opportunities the Kiwi industry presents, and The Monkeys provides an ideal environment for us to thrive and produce outstanding work.”
Damon Stapleton, chief creative officer at The Monkeys, praises the duo’s exceptional talent, remarking, “I first encountered Zac and Casey in Cannes, where they were recognized as the best young creative team globally – their brilliance is undeniable. We’re eagerly anticipating their contributions to the agency. Plus, their dogs seem friendly too.”
