04 October, London: Creative duo Zoe Nash and Sali Horsey, who were previously at adam&eveDDB, have returned to the agency following three years at 4Creative, Channel 4’s in-house agency.
Zoe and Sali will take on their new roles as creatives at the agency from Monday 2nd October. They previously joined adam&eveDDB in 2015 on a creative placement, having both studied at Watford College. During their time at the agency they were responsible for campaigns including Hey Girls’ ‘Pad Ad’, which highlighted the shocking reality of period poverty in the UK. They also worked across a number of brands including Waitrose, Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), Volkswagen, IAMS and Virgin Atlantic. In 2019 they were named British Arrows Best Emerging Team of the Year and won One Show’s Next Creative Leaders award.
Zoe and Sali joined Channel 4 in 2020. Most recently at the broadcaster, they created a trailer to advertise Bake off 2023, featuring a group of sentient ingredients travelling to the Bake off tent to be made into a showstopper. They also made a campaign featuring real-class warfare to advertise the channel’s competitive reality TV show Rise & Fall. And as part of Channel 4’s celebrations or International Women’s Day, the creative duo were behind #LetHerFinish, where female speakers were continually interrupted by male counterparts, as announcements were made across TV channels.
Their other work includes blacked out posters to launch throwback reality show Scared Of The Dark, and the ‘Life’s looking sweeter’ campaign for The Great British Bake Off 2021.
Zoe and Sali, incoming Creatives at adam&eveDDB, added: “We had to come back, our dentist is still in Paddington.”
Ant Nelson & Mike Sutherland, Executive Creative Directors at adam&eveDDB said:“Zoe and Sali were a great team when they left us, having three more years experience under their belts they’re going to be even better. We couldn’t be happier to have them back.”
Sali and Zoe are active mentors within the industry and have been involved with a number of mentoring schemes including: The ideas foundation, Pitch futures, Media Trust and Advertising Unlocked. In 2019 they spoke on stage for Adweek about how to get kids from all backgrounds into the industry.
