July 29, 2026 – Full-service marketing and advertising agency WTA (formerly Walz Tetrick Advertising) Executive Director of Digital Media, Carrie Gill, has been selected as a mentor for Mentoro Miami’s Travel & Hospitality mentorship program, a nonprofit initiative connecting emerging professionals with accomplished leaders across the travel and hospitality industry.
Beginning with a kickoff event on October 13, the six-month program pairs senior executives with professionals who have 5–12 years of industry experience for one-on-one mentorship focused on career development, leadership, and industry insight. Gill joins other travel and hospitality leaders committed to helping shape the next generation of professionals while supporting Mentoro’s mission to “change the world, one coffee at a time.”
Founded in Montreal 10 years ago, Mentoro has expanded to Miami and New York, connecting more than 2,500 mentors and mentees through its mentorship programs. The Travel & Hospitality cohort brings together mentors from across hotels, cruises, food and beverage, travel services, travel technology, and related sectors to foster meaningful professional connections and knowledge sharing.
Gill brings more than 15 years of experience in advertising and digital marketing, with a deep specialization in media strategy for the travel, hospitality, and entertainment industries. At WTA, she leads integrated media efforts that combine strategic vision with data-driven execution. Her expertise spans interactive marketing, digital media, and analytics, disciplines she blends to build campaigns that deliver measurable performance and tangible growth for clients including Chinet, Carlson Hotels, LATAM Airlines, Princess Cruises, Omni Hotels & Resorts, Fort Myers–Islands, Beaches and Neighborhoods, and many more.
