New York City, NY, February 18, 2025 — Celebrated editing company Work Editorial has named rostered editor Trish Fuller as a Creative Partner in the U.S. Hailing from Scotland and based out of the New York office since 2016, Trish’s editorial sensibilities and global perspective have made her an integral part of the Work Editorial team. She joins the company’s Board along with Partners Jane Dilworth, Rich Orrick, Neil Smith, Bill Smedley, Stewart Reeves, Ben Jordan, and fellow Creative Partner Niles Howard.

Throughout her storied career, Trish has earned many editing awards, including a Bronze Cannes Lion, AICP Post Award–Storytelling, Silver Shark Award and Gold shots The America’s Award. She began her career in London working at Whitehouse Post, then following the company to New York City, she became a destination editor in NYC and also made the city her home. Trish joined Work Editorial in 2016, continuing her legacy of exemplary post-production collaboration and holistic embodiment of Work’s founding principle of trust in craft.

Trish’s editing style is marked by melodic cuts, frequently playing with tempo to mirror the rhythms of everyday life and emphasize compelling moments within a story. Trish’s cuts underline the emotional undercurrent of every project. Select commercial collaborations of Trish’s include Duly Health, CareCredit, FanDuel, DoorDash, Albertsons, Walmart, 23&Me, IBM, Mcdonald’s, Volkswagen, Chase Bank, and a Super Bowl spot for Huggies.

“I’m excited to help more in the office’s day-to-day and offer support where needed, especially to our up-and-coming talent,” remarks Trish on her new role at Work Editorial. “It’s about our work and the people with whom we collaborate. I also love everyone in our NY office where I’m based—it’s a happy place to be. All our editors are super talented and do some of the best work out there. As a fellow editor, I feel I have a lot of creative freedom at Work. I feel very fortunate to be named a Creative Partner at my artistic home.”

Founding Partner and Executive Producer of Work Editorial, Jane Dilworth, adds, “Trish is not only completely ambitious about her life and career but is also invested in helping the next generation of Work editors achieve their goals and grow as individuals and as part of the company. We all can feel her positive attitude throughout the whole company. Her presence makes a significant difference, and I look forward to formally welcoming her as a leader. My fellow partners and I could not be more excited to have her with us in this capacity!”
