Wedgewood Weddings Steps Into the Spotlight Via New Brand Anthem

Temecula, CA: Aug. 5, 2026 – Getting married is a high-stakes affair that takes precise planning to ensure milestone moments are seamlessly enjoyed. Wedgewood Weddings & Events, the national leader in curating fun, cost effective, and stress-free events, is rolling out a new campaign with a simple, cheeky reminder: Wedgewood does the work, so couples can actually enjoy the day.

Revolutionizing the way couples plan weddings since 1986, the cross-channel campaign breaking on CTV, YouTube, social, and digital this month will appeal to customers who seek an easy experience that delivers joy, hassle-free planning, and a magical wedding day. For years, Wedgewood has grown primarily through its venue portfolio and reputation. The new campaign introduces the brand’s first public platform: We Do, So You Can I Do.

After years of growing into the country’s largest wedding venue operator, Wedgewood Weddings is stepping into the spotlight with an exciting new brand campaign, a move that marks a significant evolution for the company and its role in the category. The timing is deliberate. As Wedgewood marks its 40th anniversary this August, the campaign signals more than a new look; it’s a strategic evolution of the brand. Rather than presenting itself simply as a venue and services provider, Wedgewood is embracing the role it has always played behind the scenes: the team handling the logistics, stress, and unseen work that allows couples to fully enjoy their wedding day.

“This launch marks the continued evolution of Wedgewood Weddings’ brand voice, creative standards, and national presence,” explained Chris Newton, Vice President of Marketing at Wedgewood Weddings. “It represents a sharper brand, a stronger voice, and a continued commitment to making the wedding experience feel beautifully supported from start to finish.”

According to Newton, the wedding industry has a way of making things more complicated than they need to be. “We’ve spent years doing the opposite, taking the hard parts off couples’ plates so the day feels like a celebration, not a second job,” said Newton. “This campaign says out loud what we’ve always done: we do the work, so you can focus on the ‘I do.’

The campaign from SOCIALDEVIANT – the inaugural effort from the agency that was awarded the account last October – features Wedgewood teams going above and beyond to deliver for couples.

In the hero spot, for instance, the groom’s pants that split during a dance battle were immediately replaced by quick-acting member of the conscientious Wedgewood Weddings team. When an uninvited guest waddled its way behind guests, the chicken was removed before a cluck was able to escape. And the Irish treat the bride grew up loving? She didn’t even have to ask as the planners had it covered.

Social, mobile, and digital components created by SOCIALDEVIANT – Wedgewood Weddings’ Social Agency of Record – will surprise and delight consumers across platforms. It features couples that didn’t pick Wedgewood pouring over contracts the night before their nuptials as opposed to a couple who enjoyed date night while the Wedgewood team arranged the bevvy of flowers. Interview-style testimonials from patrons are also being deployed. Better to obsess about what couples will see in the Caribbean sea during their honeymoon versus endless wedding details.

“Creating a differentiated brand point of view and turning it into content that resonates with consumers is just what Wedgewood Weddings ordered,” said Linda Johnson, CEO & Head of Strategy of SOCIALDEVIANT. “Wedgewood Weddings already had these incredible truths. Together, we mined them and elevated them into work that is distinct, memorable, and true.”
