VMLY&R COMMERCE will work on business model, operation and consumer
VMLY&R COMMERCE announces consulting partnership with adidas to optimise its marketing and commerce initiatives through effective strategies and operations to co-create a sustainable transaction ecosystem under the direct-to-consumer (D2C) model.
The assignment will create a space in which adidas and VMLY&R COMMERCE will work together with the intention of generating long-term strategies and building solutions that accelerate adidas’ sales and overall growth. The focus of these assignments will be held in three strategic lines: business model, operation, and consumer.
The partnership is part of the solutions portfolio offered by VMLY&R COMMERCE as a consulting agency with an aim to provide the necessary tools for brands to deliver creative commerce — using creativity in each of the key moments of business to strengthen their value proposition. In this case, VMLY&R COMMERCE seeks to focus on points of sale, the relationship with the consumer, the systematisation of data and digital leverage – all done under the Creative Commerce model, creativity that converts.
