Vati Group presents new structure to the market combining creativity and technology

With five multidisciplinary companies that involve the entire production chain, the group now offers integrated and independent solutions for brands and agencies

Vati Group presents new structure to the market combining creativity and technology

Vati, a company that has been operating in the production market since 2014, has restructured its business units and now presents itself to the market as a group of companies specialized in production, large-scale campaign developments and automated distribution to media outlets. The restructuring transforms former business units into five independent and complementary companies that expand service capacity and offer tailored solutions for brands and agencies. The five companies that make up the group are: Vaticano Filmes, Vati Studio, Vati TVPlayer, Jamworks and Halmah Content.

“We are formalizing a structure that we have been designing for some time, and which is now consolidated in a clearer and more efficient way for the market. Our expertise comes from many years in the production sector, following the evolution and market trends always with innovation. Now we take another step towards meeting the current needs of companies, integrating creativity, technology and agility. Each company in the Vati Group operates autonomously and in a complementary manner, allowing a fluid and even more effective journey for customers”, says Andrei Croisfelt, Co-CEO of the Vati Group.

In practice, the Vati Group brings together the entire production ecosystem, from capture, filming, photography, content production, finishing, to distribution to the media. Vaticano Filmes is a hybrid audiovisual production company that combines traditional production, capture, 3D and AI methods. “We have been working with artificial intelligence since 2014, including with proprietary solutions. The arrival of this technology in film production opens up an infinite range of possibilities, and makes our decades of experience in image production even more relevant, since they play a fundamental role in the most advanced AI techniques such as image-to-video and video-to-video, for example”, comments Fabio Bottura, Co-CEO of the Vati Group.

At Vati Studio, master campaign creatives are deployed and adapted in large volumes for different media and formats, with fast and scalable deliveries, either through dedicated teams or through the use of technologies based on automated templates and DCO.

At Vati TVPlayer , the only 100% Brazilian company among those approved to deliver advertising, political and party films for free-to-air and cable TV, the materials are verified, transcoded and transmitted to affiliates through a proprietary platform connected to the broadcasters’ APIs and servers. During the process, the films may also receive additional treatments such as closed captioning and libras, among others.

Jamworks , named after the company’s proprietary software, supports all operations and customers with technology solutions ranging from digital asset management and workflow, to the development of bespoke generative and multi-agent artificial intelligence systems.

At Halmah Content , the client relies on the development and production of content for social media and proprietary channels.

With the creation of the Vati Group, which now adopts the signature “Creative Production & Technology”, the company reinforces its commitment to innovation and consolidates itself as a strategic partner to help brands and agencies navigate the complex world of today’s production. Leandro Burti, founder of Vati, remains as Chairman of the Group.
