Launching on Friday 15th and running throughout the 25/26 Premier League season, a series of humorous sponsorship idents will air during Sky Sports’ Premier League coverage. Starring former managers Sam Allardyce, Tony Pulis, and Alan Pardew, the spots show the trio enjoying the beautiful game from the comfort of their seats — and with a fresh Uber Eats delivery.
With over 3,000 matches managed between them, these football veterans have traded rain-soaked touchlines for cosy viewing at home. Each ident closes with the line: “When you’ve done enough, Uber Eats.”
Developed by Mother and directed by Freddy Mandy through SMUGGLER, the campaign blends lighthearted humour with relatable downtime moments.
Matthew Price, General Manager of Uber Eats UK, Ireland and Northern Europe, said: “The beautiful game is at the core of British culture. From pre-match nerves to full-time celebrations, Uber Eats is the perfect companion to help people enjoy their downtime.”
Omar El-Gammal, Head of Cultural Insight at Mother, added: “Food, entertainment, and a break from daily pressures go hand-in-hand. Bringing these Premier League legends together let us show how, after long careers, Uber Eats helps them relax and savour the game.”
