As Tilt Creative Studio continues to grow its integrated capabilities, the independent creative studio has announced two leadership promotions designed to support its next phase of growth – Stacy Murphy to Chief Production Officer and Kenny Close to Managing Director.
Co-founder Stacy Murphy has been promoted to Founder & Chief Production Officer, a title that reflects the production expertise and leadership she’s brought to the company since co-founding Tilt in 2018. Having worked across nearly every facet of the film industry, Murphy has led productions for brands including Audi, Walmart, Capital One, Disney, Chevrolet, Cars.com and UNOS, earning a reputation for delivering ambitious creative while finding smarter, more efficient ways to produce it.
At the same time, Kenny Close has been named Managing Director, expanding his leadership beyond account management to oversee the creative team alongside Creative Director Scot Crooker, while also leading business operations across the company. With more than two decades of experience spanning experiential marketing, agency leadership and brand strategy, including work for Walmart, Volvo, General Mills, Sony and IKEA, Close has been instrumental in building long-term client partnerships and operational excellence at Tilt.
“The best companies grow by empowering great people, and these promotions are a reflection of exactly that,” said Ron Carey, Founder & CEO of Tilt Creative. “Stacy has been the creative and operational engine behind our productions since we founded Tilt, while Kenny has become an indispensable leader for both our clients and our growing team. Together, they’ll help us continue scaling the business without ever losing the collaborative, high-touch culture that’s defined Tilt from the beginning.”
