March 2026 – Tiger announces the arrival of two new clients: NizAI, the artificial intelligence venture by Nizan Guanaes, and Grupo Trio, which brings together restaurants and event venues.
The first is a groundbreaking project, entirely developed by the Brandtech: a copilot designed to democratize the intelligence and creativity of one of Brazil’s leading advertising figures. For Grupo Trio, Tiger’s “bespoke” model delivers combined intelligence (curation of teams and proprietary agents with contextual awareness) for communication at scale.
Juliana Vilhena Nascimento joins as the new partner and CEO, responsible for consolidating the company’s new phase. With over 20 years of experience in the creative industry and previous roles at agencies such as F.biz, R/GA, and AlmapBBDO, she has worked with clients including Unilever, Jeep, Samsung, Visa, Bradesco, and Bradesco Seguros. Juliana also led the development and operation of FCB/SIX, a business unit focused on performance, CRM, and conversational communication. She holds a degree in Business Administration from FEA-USP, an Executive MBA from Insper, and also serves as CRO of Brivia_Group, president of the Client Services and Business Group (GAN), and a board member of CONAR.
“When I first learned about Tiger’s proposal, I finally saw a player capable of channeling the full transformative power of artificial intelligence into an offering that goes beyond just a tool. Tiger develops ‘engines’ (autopilots) and copilots using AI to scale creativity and democratize expertise, making the brainpower and capabilities of top specialists accessible to anyone,” says Juliana.
For Rapha Borges, the new leadership marks an important step toward Tiger’s business goals. “Our mission is to combine creative culture with proprietary, 100% Brazilian artificial intelligence to build solutions that deliver combined intelligence for corporate and personal brands. Juliana’s arrival will support this growth phase by bringing technical expertise, along with her strategic vision and ability to connect people and business.”
Tiger’s team is also expanding: Caio Fukamizu, Director of AI Architecture and Solutions, and Felipe Francis, Director of Business, join to support a growing and diverse client portfolio, including Mobs2, Sinto.ai, and Gen-T. Caio holds a degree in Design from Senac and has worked at agencies such as Africa Creative and Score Group. Felipe Francis joins from Nestlé, where he served as Influencer Marketing Manager and built a long career in advertising agencies.
