The Garage Expands Leadership Team With New Executive Producer Andrew Nunziata

New York – (January 29, 2026) –
The Garage expands its leadership team with the addition of new Executive Producer Andrew Nunziata. The NYC-based commercial and film producer is known for calm, solutions-first leadership and for guiding ambitious creative from “wait, is this possible?” through final delivery. His portfolio includes campaigns and productions for Pepsi, Lay’s, Starbucks, Nickelodeon, Walmart, Amazon, Cascade, Dawn, and IKEA, among others.

“Andrew’s move into the Executive Producer role is a natural progression of years of trust, collaboration, and shared ambition,” shares The Garage Founder & Director Steve Giralt. “Under his leadership, The Garage will not only grow stronger, but continue to challenge the conventions of production through innovation, precision, and relentless curiosity.”

Andrew brings over a decade of production experience, including the last eight years as a freelance Producer and Post Producer delivering commercials, branded content, and narrative films across action, tabletop, motion control, and advanced virtual production, with particular expertise in LED volume workflows. His work lives at the intersection of emerging technology and real-world production demands. End-to-end, he has led bidding, budgeting, client management, production, post, and delivery, treating people with kindness while keeping productions moving forward.

“You can feel it the second you walk in,” says Andrew.  “The Garage treats creative like it matters—because it does. After freelancing as a Producer with them for the past six years, I’ve seen firsthand how they lead the industry where creativity meets technology—powered by immensely talented people who will stop at nothing to deliver stunning and cutting-edge results. I’m excited to step in as Executive Producer and continue working with a crew that truly feels like family.”

Andrew Nunziata is a NYC-based commercial and film producer—Brooklyn-Italian and a fourth-generation New Yorker—who lives for the moment when a great idea stops being a pitch and becomes something you can actually watch. He’s the producer you call when the creative is big, the timeline is small, and everyone would like to exit the process while still speaking to each other. Andrew’s signature is seeing creative from “wait, is this possible?” to delivery; on time, under budget, and elevated.

He has 10+ years of production experience, including the last eight years as a freelance Producer and Post Producer, delivering commercials, branded content, and narrative films. His range spans live action, tabletop, motion control, and advanced virtual production—particularly LED volume workflows, as one of NYC’s most experienced producers in that regard. He’s comfortable living where “new tech” meets “we still need the shot by lunch.”

Andrew is known for calm, solutions-first leadership and for treating people with kindness in an industry where deadlines are swift and stress shows up early and uninvited. End-to-end, he typically owns bidding, budgeting, client management, production, post, and delivery—so the work moves, the crew feels supported, and the client’s happy.

His portfolio includes campaigns and productions for Pepsi, a global campaign for Lay’s, Starbucks, Nickelodeon, Walmart, Amazon, Cascade, Dawn, and IKEA, among others. A commercial he produced earned Cannes Lion recognition. When he’s not producing, Andrew makes music/scores, and, in true Brooklyn fashion, stays happiest in the kitchen making Nonna’s recipes.
