The overhaul shifts TCW away from the safe spaces that legacy finance brands live in via a bold system that feels tech forward and undeniably premium. A handful of key design choices help bring this more curated approach to life:
- An elevated take on photography: The use of expansive landscapes communicate perspective and big picture thinking, while sharp images of architecture replace the tired tropes of industry so common in the sector.
- Utilitarian typography: A no-nonsense type system makes complex information feel approachable and enables bold statements to appear all the more confident.
- Color: While most brands spend their time trying to own one or two colors, TCW intentionally leans into a broader palette that feels more adaptive and dynamic. Those colors come to life in a compelling system of gradients that when paired with the typography, embodies the confident simplicity the brand stands for.
