TBA Worldwide (TBAWW), a fast-growing, independently owned collective of advertising agencies and specialty marketing firms, is proud to announce the appointment of Haley Brandon as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2025. This strategic leadership transition marks a defining moment in the company’s evolution, reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence, financial agility, and scalable growth across its dynamic network of over 200 team members.

Haley assumes the role following her contributions in assisting the executive team analyze and navigate multiple successful acquisitions over the past three years including Eight Oh Two, Cinelcoco and Joybyte.  

“Haley has been a critical member of our M&A team by providing deep financial analysis and predictive scenarios,” said Scott Brandon, CEO of TBA Worldwide. “Her expertise has helped us form the groundwork for the powerful, multidimensional agency collective we are today. Her  work-ethic, experience, and passion for strategic finance will accelerate our momentum and take us into the next phase of our evolution.”

Haley Brandon is no stranger to TBAWW’s culture and mission. A Clemson University graduate, cum laude, with a degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting, she ranked #1 in her major. Her impressive track record includes experience as an Analyst at Private Equity firm Altriarch, Accounting Manager for TBA Worldwide, and Owner/Publisher of Sasee Magazine, where she fused entrepreneurial leadership with operational rigor.

As CFO, Haley will oversee the financial strategy and performance across TBAWW’s ecosystem of marketing and advertising excellence, which includes:

  • Brandon – a full-service, integrated ad agency rooted in bold, data-driven brand strategies
  • Cineloco – a content production studio elevating creative storytelling
  • Eight Oh Two – a performance and SEO agency delivering measurable digital impact
  • Joybyte – a social media and influencer-led marketing powerhouse
  • TBA Outdoors – experts in outdoor and leisure lifestyle brand marketing
  • TravelBoom Hotel Marketing – a digital marketing leader for the hotel and travel industry
  • SaleSurf Growth – a performance-driven Amazon marketing agency empowering DTC brands
  • Intellistrand LLC – a media firm offering premier advertising through MyrtleBeach.com and HTC Cable, in partnership with Horry Telephone Cooperative (HTC), the largest telephone cooperative in the continental U.S.
