We are just two days away from the start of this year’s SXSW Film & TV Festival, and we could not be more excited to share so many incredible projects with you. Our lineup this year includes a star-studded opening night, first with the World Premiere of Paul Feig’s hotly anticipated Another Simple Favor. It’s a diabolically entertaining blend of comedy, murder, and sizzling fashion. We’ll follow that with what will soon become anyone in the entertainment industry’s new favorite show, The Studio, starring Seth Rogen, Kathryn Hahn, and a host of celebrities we’ll let the show reveal in due time.
And that’s just the opening night! Beyond that, this year’s program includes:
- 114 Feature Films, 93 of which are World Premieres
- 17 TV Projects
- 76 Short Films
- 32 XR Experience Projects
- 80+ Sessions in the Two Film & TV Tracks in the Conference
- 120+ Film & TV Mentors in the SXSW Conference
Speaking of the conference, our recent announcements include:
- Apple’s Eddy Cue and “Severance’s” Ben Stiller: Moving Culture Through Innovation and Creativity
- The Future of Action Filmmaking with Robert Rodriguez
- For the Love of Cinema: Meet NEON, the Award Winning Independent Film Studio
- Yellowjackets: Into the Wild of Season 3
