Marketers are all familiar with the hazards of marketing data. There’s a lot of it, and
no matter what we try to tell ourselves, many of us feel like we are drowning in it. Marketing Data Intelligence Platform Funnel has just undergone a total makeover, and the result is anything but boring.
“We are like a shot of tequila, but for your marketing data” is the message in one of the three films launched by the company.
– The Funnel brand, as is often the case for fast-growing and product-driven
tech start-ups, was centered around functional and technical attributes. While that served us for some time, we are about to embark on a new, larger area of growth. This requires a stronger brand with more of an emotional appeal, says Carl Ronander, VP of Brand and Marketing at Funnel.
The concept is produced by Nord DDB, and the films are directed by Agnes Klapp. The campaign films, in different lengths, will be shown on several social media platforms such as YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn connected TV.
– The Marketing Intelligence category is still unknown to most marketers, and quite frankly, one of the reasons is that data is a bit boring. Our focus has been to make people understand the greatness of the product by being concise and telling as little as possible, says Fanny Svensson, Creative at NORD DDB.
