Supergood, the AI-fueled creative agency, announced the expansion of the executive team, adding the company’s first-ever Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Ben Wilhelm, and promoting Elana King to Chief Client Officer. The agency continues its steady post-launch growth, adding several mid- and senior-level hires across creative, AI, media and client services.
Mixing his technical and management expertise, Ben Wilhelm is charged with furthering the development of the agency’s proprietary AI platform, Supercharger. Unlike traditional approaches that tether brands to a single model or rigid data pipeline, Supercharger provides a sophisticated integration layer that orchestrates multiple components through a consistent user interface, making it easy to swap in new models or data sources as they emerge. Prior to Supergood, Wilhelm was the owner of Nimble Moose, LLC, a software development consultancy.
Elana King, formerly Director of Client Engagement, will now oversee client strategy and relationships across all of the agency’s clients, including U.S. Bank, Edmund’s, KI Furniture, C4 Energy and John Hancock. In her expanded role, she will partner closely with Supergood’s executive leadership to deepen longstanding client partnerships and drive innovative, results-driven work.
“I’ve built my career on honest partnerships and moving strategy beyond the deck into the real world,” said King. “Supergood is an AI-fueled creative agency that treats AI as a toolkit, not a talking point, and that mindset has challenged me to think faster, push further, and solve problems beyond the brief. I’m grateful for the trust of this team and excited about the ambitious work already underway as we continue building what’s next.”
Additionally, Supergood announced the following leadership hires:
- Mike Kunz joins as Director of Growth Marketing, overseeing Supergood’s emerging GEO practice as well as performance media and communications planning. Formerly at Remitly and Deloitte Digital, he led performance-driven media strategy across paid and non-paid channels, partnering with analytics, creative, and product teams to drive scalable, measurable growth.
- Andrew Robertson joins as AI Studio Director, leading the buildout of Supergood’s in-house AI production capabilities. Founder of Passerby Films and former director at Wieden+Kennedy New York, Robertson has crafted award-winning work for ESPN, Nike, GE and Ford.
- Maddy Kramer joins as Group Creative Director, overseeing Supergood’s New York creative department and reporting to Supergood’s CCO Bob Winter. With almost two decades of industry experience from Dentsu, Edelman, Anomaly and Saatchi & Saatchi, Kramer has led breakthrough campaigns including the award-winning “It’s a Tide Ad” for Tide and Super Bowl social work for Oreo, Tide, and Hyundai.
- Ted Pedro joins as Senior Art Director, bringing a proven record of leading high-profile, integrated campaigns, with experience at Ogilvy, Droga5, and GUT Miami on brands including Chase Bank, Hennessy x NBA, Verizon’s Super Bowl activation, and Petco, garnering top industry recognition from Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, D&ADs, and Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas.
- John Little joins as Group Account Director to lead the U.S. Bank account at Supergood, bringing nearly two decades of experience across financial services, technology, and sports marketing, after previously leading the Amazon account at ATTN: and working with brands including State Farm, Amazon, Google, TikTok, MLB, and Zillow.
“As Supergood continues to grow, we’re intentionally building a leadership team that blends world-class creative, emerging technology, and performance-driven thinking,” said John Elder, CEO of Supergood. “Together, this group represents the kind of ambition and expertise required to build effective work that drives real business impact.”
All appointments are effective immediately and most will work out of Supergood’s New York headquarters. Wilhelm will be based in Chicago.
