London UK: Sports communications agency Soapbox has unveiled a major company rebrand and new website, marking the start of an ambitious new phase of growth for the multi-award-winning PR agency as it celebrates its 10th anniversary.
Founded in 2015 by publicists and friends Andy Bell and Rowan Wilkinson, Soapbox has grown from a borrowed desk into one of the most in-demand sports communications agencies in the industry. Over the past decade, the team has built a reputation for earned-first expertise, delivering strategic communications and content for leading talent, brands and rights holders across global sport.
Today, Soapbox boasts a team of 20 industry-leading PR, content and partnership specialists, alongside a client roster that includes Formula E, Matchroom Boxing, the Professional Darts Corporation, Baller League and Meta. Its talent portfolio features some of the most recognisable names in sport, including Anthony Joshua, Luke Littler, Jamie Chadwick, Billy Monger and Eddie Hearn.
In a crowded, paid-led landscape, the rebrand reflects the expansion of the agency’s core services; Communications, Content (through their production arm SBX Studios) and Partnerships, whilst also underlining the evolution of its clientbase; talent, brands and rights holders.
The rebrand sees the agency double down on the power of earned media, redefining what it means to be a modern sports agency through cultural relevance, creativity and purpose.
Managing Director and Co-Founder Andy Bell said: “We deliver resonant, authentic storytelling rooted in editorial insight, powered by trusted relationships, strategic counsel, and a bold, driven team. Our ‘Earn It’ proposition goes beyond media coverage, it shapes how we approach content, ideation and influencer collaborations. We haven’t just earned media; we’ve earned influence, credibility and a reputation as one of the most forward-thinking agencies in sport today.”
The rebrand follows a record financial performance in 2025 and the appointment of sports PR, communications and sponsorship activation expert James Clifford earlier this year. Soapbox has also been shortlisted for Agency of the Year at the 2025 Sport Business Awards, and was recently recognised in PRWeek’s Top 150 Agencies.
Managing Director and Co-Founder Rowan Wilkinson added: “ It’s been an incredibly exciting time for the agency, and as we celebrate 10 years, our rebrand sets our intentions for the next 10. It’s about evolution, not reinvention. The new look reflects the expansion of our services and ecosystem. We’re doubling down on what makes us unique: our earned editorial excellence, creative storytelling, and our ability to earn attention, results, and trust.”
