Cannes, June, 2026. This Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2026, Prose on Pixels (POP) – Havas’  AI-powered global content-at-scale – teams with Casino Barrière for the ALL IN experience, an interactive  activation hosted at the Havas Café that takes on one of the greatest challenges of modern marketing:  adapting a singular creative idea to different audiences, formats and markets, without thinning out craft. The  experience is powered by Vermeer.ai, Havas’ proprietary Gen-AI solution fully developed by POP.

From June 22nd to 25th, visitors will be invited to play with an exclusive version of the Casino Barrière slot  machine, retrofitted for the activation. By spinning three wheels – a location, a character and a game drawn  — attendees can land on one of 800 possible combinations. This sequence then feeds Vermeer.ai, which delivers a hero film crafted to cinematic quality, playing on the big screen. And as scaling craft is the high  point of the experience, the platform expands the film into a full campaign – adapting its look seamlessly  across vertical, square, short-form, banner and static formats.

In a final personalized twist, a bonus round triggers the jackpot and sets the visitor’s own portrait inside the  narrative. Each guest walks away with a custom-printed magazine ad, having watched the complete  production arc, from brief to final rollout, in minutes.

Built to offer Cannes attendees an engaging and entertaining moment, the ALL IN experience is a live  demonstration of Vermeer.ai in action. By connecting both content at scale and casino worlds, the activation

translates what the platform does for global campaigns at its core: taking one master, adapt it in custom  versions, and scaling it seamlessly for any audience.

“Our approach has always been technology-agnostic. We don’t build models. We orchestrate the best of them  into creative pipelines tuned to each client and market, to deliver the highest level of craft at scale” – explains  Xavier Blairon, CEO, Prose on Pixels France. “This is what the Vermeer.ai experience makes visible: no matter  the combination or the volume of assets, the craft holds, and people keep the authorship.”

Scaling craft, not just content

Vermeer.ai is a technology-agnostic orchestration and governance platform, curated with the most advanced  generative technologies available – tailored to each client brief within dedicated workflows designed by  creatives. Because the ecosystem stays independent of any single provider, it takes on new technology as it  matures, giving clients a stable, future-proof production framework.

Built for real-world advertising, the solution resizes across formats and localizes across markets — including  copy and voice — while preserving the original creative intent from first cut to final frame. As the Cannes  experience shows, the platform supports the full spectrum of modern production needs, from a premium  hero film to high-volume personalized adaptations.

Behind every output, stand POP’s creative directors, AI artists, workflow designers, producers and engineers.  The technology carries the volume, while human talent steers the generation and signs off on the result. Designed by creative minds for creative minds, Vermeer.ai’s proprietary features come from the daily practice  of the studio’s creatives, so the platform evolves with their work. To protect craft, rigorous safeguards — including legal vetting, model whitelisting, traceability and strict usage controls — are embedded directly into  the environment, mitigating risk and maintaining brand consistency as output grows.

Launched at Cannes Lions in 2025 and developed further since, Vermeer.ai operates as the creative  production layer within Havas’ wider Converged.AI transformation – bringing media expertise, production and  performance measurement together in a unified cycle.
