Soapbox Wins Target Darts Consumer Brief

London, UK,  Wednesday 29th July 2026:  Specialist sports communication agency Soapbox has strengthened its position in the world of darts after winning a consumer brief with Target Darts, expanding a long-standing relationship with one of the sport’s most respected and fastest-growing brands.

Following an established partnership between Soapbox and Target Darts, supporting Target athlete Luke Littler’s PR and social media activity, Soapbox will now provide wider strategic communications support for Target Darts, including PR around other Target-managed athletes, new product launches, and the profiling of senior executives across the business, including CEO James Tattersall and Chief Transformation Officer Zoe Burton.

As part of the expanded relationship, Soapbox will also provide PR, social and commercial support for Women’s World Number 1 and Women’s World Matchplay champion Beau Greaves.

The new consumer brief will see Soapbox support Target Darts as the brand prepares to deliver its vision for the future of the sport, including the launch of Target Arcade and Target Live later this year, helping to build awareness and engagement around its latest consumer-focused innovations.

The appointment comes during an exciting period of growth for Target Darts, which was recently recognised as part of The Sunday Times 100, Britain’s Fastest Growing Private Companies, highlighting the brand’s continued success, innovation and ambition within the global darts industry.

The latest win further strengthens Soapbox’s established credentials in darts, with the agency already supporting Luke Littler and working with the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC), as well as its wider expertise across sports, entertainment and talent communications.

Soapbox Co-Founder Rowan Wilkinson, said: “We’re incredibly excited to be expanding our relationship with Target Darts and supporting such an ambitious and innovative brand at such an exciting time for the business. Their continued growth ambitions to get more people playing darts, investment into athletes and focus on creating new experiences for grassroots players and consumers is hugely impressive. We’re looking forward to helping tell that story and supporting the team as they enter this next chapter.”

Adam Thompson, Target Darts Marketing Director, added: “We were hugely impressed with the way Soapbox approached our work around Luke Littler. They quickly became an extension of our own team, bringing fresh ideas, great strategic thinking and an enthusiasm that’s infectious.

We’re incredibly ambitious about where Target is heading and how we continue to grow the sport. Having a partner that genuinely understands that vision gives us real confidence, and we’re looking forward to building on what’s already been a fantastic relationship.”

The latest appointment for Soapbox further demonstrates the agency’s growing reputation in the sports industry and its ability to deliver strategic communications campaigns for leading sports brands, athletes and organisations. The agency’s current stable of clients includes Matchroom Boxing, Red Bull, Baller League, the PDC, Formula E, Hippodrome Casino, Ten Percent Club, Anthony Joshua and Jamie Chadwick.
