This year marks 50 years of Singapore Airlines operating international flights to and from New Zealand, delivering Kiwis around the globe with care. To celebrate, the airline has launched a bespoke delivery service made for people. From 27 July to 15 August, The New Zealanderlivery Service will ship Kiwis to loved ones around the world for free – and safely back home again afterwards.
In a world where almost anything can be ordered online, Singapore Airlines and Motion Sickness saw an opportunity to let Kiwis be ordered too. Unlike that random item you ordered from Amazon, these deliveries arrive well rested, handled with care, and might just cry a little tear of joy upon arrival.

The New Zealanderlivery Service is available via nzds.nz. Made in a collaboration between Motion Sickness and ED. Studio, it features everything you’d expect from a modern shipping service. People can list themselves for delivery, share a unique tracking link with a loved one overseas, include a note explaining why they should be selected, and even choose Express Delivery if they’re ready to go immediately. Selected deliveries are then tracked live on the website.
The service is supported by out of home, audio, digital, social and radio, and will run until the middle of August. Within its first week, more than 8,500 Kiwis have already listed themselves for delivery, with the first selected deliveries scheduled for London and Zurich.
