siggi’s, the Icelandic skyr brand known for its “less sets you free” philosophy, wants Americans to rethink how they approach corporate culture in with their new campaign: PT-YO.

From the brand that brought you digital detox, siggi’s is now paying people $5,000 (and a free flight) to incentivize them to use ALL of their PTO in 2025.

Last year, Americans left 700 million PTO days unused, and 62% didn’t take all their vacation time. In a society that glorifies being busy, siggi’s is encouraging people to find their greatness by doing less. With July marking the halfway point of the year, it’s the perfect time for a reminder: take your vacation.

To spread the word, siggi’s took out a billboard in the hub of the busiest city in America – Times Square in New York City – to remind tourists and locals there is no reason not to use all of your PTO. siggi’s also teamed up with comedian and content creator, Tess Tregellas to talk to New Yorkers on the street about how they are using their vacation days.
