Los Angeles, CA, January 24, 2024: Scale by Zambezi, the media division of agency Zambezi, has hired Anna Galatsky as Group Media Director and expanded its paid search and social media strategy and development capabilities with the addition of Brendan McGee as Associate Media Director, Social and Justin Duong as Media Supervisor, Search.
The hires come on the heels of new client wins for Scale in 2024, including Liquid I.V., United States Tennis Association (USTA), LPL Financial, and SunSip by Health-Ade. This growth follows a strong 2023, where Scale achieved 18% year-over-year growth while much of the media industry was still recovering from the pandemic.
Anna Galatsky brings extensive experience to Scale, with a background in indie agencies and a diverse range of industries. She has worked on high-profile brands like Apple, Netflix, and American Express; most recently, she spent three years at Paramount in strategic sourcing, where she led enterprise-wide media partnerships and gained valuable insight into contract management with agency partners.

Also joining Scale is Brendan McGee as Associate Media Director. An expert on paid social media from direct response to awareness, he executes his strategies from a creative lens with directing and video editing expertise, able to add the messaging and creative element exactly into how it fits in with media. Shifting from the production and post world, he cut his teeth as a Paid Social specialist for L2TMedia, rising the ranks to Manager of Paid Social for some of the nation’s largest automotive dealerships and enterprises.
Media Supervisor, Search, Justin Duong, cut his teeth at Neo Media World (via GroupM), where he climbed the ladder from Associate, Paid Search to Manager, Paid Search, leading and expanding revenue for client accounts including Sage Accounting, Nature Made, and Nike YouTube campaigns for the Women’s World Cup and Air Jordan’s global UNITE Through Hoops campaign. He shifted to Hearts & Sciences as an Associate Director overseeing AT&T and grew their YOY AT&T Wireless SEM paid media budget by 10% in two years.
