LOS ANGELES (July 29, 2026)—Social-first creative agency Saylor today announced the launch of FLEET, an internal creator studio designed to help brands build smarter creator partnerships, develop original content formats, and create cultural moments that extend beyond a single campaign.
As the creator economy enters its next chapter, brands are increasingly looking to creators not just for distribution, but as creative partners, storytellers, and cultural catalysts. That shift requires more than influencer marketing. It requires original ideas, entertainment thinking, production expertise, and long-term partnership strategies. FLEET was designed to meet that moment, formalizing a capability that has been central to Saylor’s approach since its founding and bringing creator strategy, casting, content development, production, and partnership execution together under one roof.
To lead the studio, Saylor has tapped Nneka Enurah Lee to head its creator and brand partnerships work. An industry veteran with more than 15 years of experience across entertainment, media, and technology, Lee will lead the studio’s growth and creator partnership efforts.
“At Saylor we believe the best advertising doesn’t feel like advertising. It feels like entertainment,” said Will Trowbridge, Founder & CEO of Saylor. “Creators sit at the center of culture because they’ve built audiences that actually choose to spend time with them. The opportunity for brands isn’t just showing up in creator content. It’s building ideas with creators that people genuinely want to watch, follow, and talk about.”
FLEET helps brands identify the right creators, develop creator-led concepts, produce premium content, and build programs that generate value well beyond launch day. Capabilities include creator strategy, creator casting, partnership packaging, creator-led IP development, production, and execution. The studio is designed for brands looking to move beyond transactional creator relationships and build sustained audience engagement and lasting brand value.
“Creators today are building communities, shaping culture, and influencing how people discover and connect with brands,” said Lee. “The strongest partnerships happen when creators are brought in as creative collaborators from the start, not simply as distribution channels. What excited me about joining Saylor was the opportunity to help build FLEET from the ground up—an offering that treats creators as creative partners and focuses on ideas that feel authentic, culturally relevant, and worth people’s attention.”
Lee joins Saylor with extensive experience building creator-led content, brand partnerships, and revenue-generating programs across entertainment, media, and technology. Her career includes leadership roles at Amazon Advertising, Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine, Mass Appeal, React Media, and Authentic Entertainment, where she developed content and partnerships spanning social media, streaming, connected television, branded entertainment, and live experiences. She also advises entrepreneurs through the Tory Burch Foundation, and is a member of the Black@ADCOLOR Leadership Committee.
The launch of FLEET builds on significant momentum for Saylor. Since its founding in 2021, the agency has experienced rapid growth while partnering with brands including Netflix, Disney, Paramount+, Hilton, Anthropologie, and Tubi. Most recently, Saylor was recognized with Silver for Best Social Media/Influencer Agency of the Year at the 2026 Ad Age Small Agency Awards.
