Creative agency Saylor has expanded their leadership team, hiring Emilie Sabath as Executive Creative Director and Silvia Magaña as Account Director.
As Saylor’s first-ever Executive Creative Director, Emilie Sabath will work to evolve the agency’s creative identity and help to expand Saylor’s capabilities in Entertainment AV. Emilie’s new role will focus Saylor’s team around a common goal of crafting best-in-class creative that exceeds expectation.
As an award-winning Creative Director, Emilie has previously worked at Trailer Park and Netflix, where her team’s trailer for the final season of Ozark won the Clio Grand in 2022. Emilie’s past clients include Intel, Lays, Redbull, National Geographic, and titles such as Emily in Paris and Never Have I Ever.
Emilie will report directly to Saylor’s founder and CEO Will Trowbridge, who says: “Emilie and I have worked together for years. Her ability to craft compelling stories, inspire teams, and push creative boundaries is second to none. I am so thrilled Emilie has joined the team.”
Notes Emilie, “Coming into a blossoming agency in a new role reminds me of the energy of directing a film: you solidify a creative vision, build a team around it, and together make something that didn’t exist before. The intersection of where I am at in my artistic and professional career and Saylor’s growth trajectory is perfect; I’m bringing an independent and fine art perspective to traditional campaign marketing.”
Silvia Magaña is an agency veteran, having previously worked at Cogent, Horizon Media, and UMJ3. She comes to Saylor from Cashmere, where she was an Account Director for brands such as Dave & Buster’s, Budweiser, Amazon Music, Hidden Valley Ranch, and BlondMe Hair Care.
As an Account Director, Silvia will nurture the growth of Saylor’s Account and Strategy teams, enhance client service offerings, and work to expand the agency’s growing roster of clients. “I’m excited to be joining Saylor in their growth phase. It’s really empowering to come into a company and have your voice be heard. I love the creativity young minds bring to the table and I am enthusiastic about helping junior talent grow.”
Notes Trowbridge, “Silvia’s ability to not just meet but exceed client expectations has propelled her to the forefront of our industry. Her background in working with consumer brands who strive to entertain their audiences through marketing aligns perfectly with Saylor’s goals for the future. So happy she’s decided to join us.”
