Saylor has firmly established a reputation for producing impactful and needle-moving campaigns, consistently generating millions of impressions on behalf of its clients. Founded in 2021 by former Netflix and Walt Disney Company executive Will Trowbridge, the agency has expanded from two employees to nearly 60 in three years. Trowbridge established Saylor with the vision of creating the “agency he always wanted to work with,” based on his own client-side expectations and experience at entertainment studios.
Saylor’s key appointments and new hires for its strategy team include:
- Rebecca Smythe, Strategy Director (promotion): Formerly Account Director, Smythe is an accomplished digital marketer with 10+ years of experience spanning traditional studios, streamers and agencies, including Netflix, Fox Searchlight, STARZ and more.
- Bri Hudson, Associate Director of Strategy (new hire): Hudson joins Saylor from Leo Burnett Worldwide, where she worked on prestigious accounts like Cadillac, GMC and more.
- Kellen Schneider, Senior Strategist (promotion): Formerly Content Strategist, Schneider has led Saylor’s strategy for Prime Video Reactive, which garnered 1 million likes in a month, and has also worked on campaigns for Showtime and the ACM Awards.
- Lauren Pak, Senior Strategist (new hire): Pak joins the team equipped with in-house and agency experience, spanning Disney, Netflix, HBO/Max, NBC/Peacock TV, Warner Brothers, Klarna, Casetify and more.
- Jenna De Stefano, Senior Strategist (new hire): A Clio-winning social media strategist, De Stefano has 10+ years of experience with clients like Warner Bros Discovery, AppleTV+, Peacock, MGM Studios, HBO, and Max.
- Diamond Jones, Creative Strategist (new hire): A creative storyteller, Jones’ past experience includes client campaigns for BET, STARZ, Disney+, Apple TV, Lionsgate, MGM and more.
- Caitlin Dawley, Strategy Coordinator (new hire): Dawley is a passionate entertainment industry professional with a masters in Interactive Media and Communications, she previously worked at Disney.
Sean Reed, Director of Accounts & Strategy, oversees the strategy team. Reed was Saylor’s second employee and has played a key role in shaping the agency’s growth.
