Run a Tighter Ship: Amazon Business showcases Smart Business Buying with their new commercial set on the high seas
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

London, 18th July: Amazon Business worked with leading independent creative agency, Joint, to bring to life a fantastical tale of pirates navigating the high seas with a little help from Smart Business Buying solutions. Set against the backdrop of a 17th century pirate galleon and to the infectious beats of ‘Livin’ It Up’ by Ja Rule, this imaginative spot showcases how Amazon Business can help businesses of all sizes focus on what they do best—grow their business, with a touch of humor and a fantastical storyline.

Directed by Traktor, with post production by Rascal, music by Finger Music and sound design by Wave, the commercial captures the essence of swashbuckling adventure while highlighting the practical benefits of Amazon Business. From navigating stormy seas to navigating procurement challenges, the pirates demonstrate the versatility and ease of using Amazon Business’ solutions in their daily adventures to streamline operations.

The commercial marks a creative milestone for Amazon Business and Joint, blending historical flair with contemporary business solutions in a way that resonates with all business audiences. As Amazon Business continues to innovate in the realm of B2B procurement, this campaign sets a playful yet impactful tone for showcasing its capabilities across enterprise and small business owners alike.

Algy Sharman, Chief Creative Officer at Joint said: “It’s been such a joy to partner on this campaign with the team at Amazon Business. We’ve relished the challenge of creating work that embraces storytelling and craft in a compelling and impactful way.”
