London and New York, November 2025: Robotproof, the innovation-led brand experience agency within the Atoms & Space Collective, is expanding, evolving and strengthening its international footprint and client offering by promoting Tom Ironside to Global CEO and Jen Wong to Global Head of Client Services.
The appointments are the next step in the business’s ambitious global growth plans, allowing it to create a cohesive global model by uniting the organisation under a hugely experienced shared leadership; strengthening collaboration between EMEA and US teams, reinforcing global operational consistency, enhancing strategic global partnerships with clients across key regions and accelerating the expansion of the London and New York hubs.
With major international opportunities and client demand expanding across markets, consolidating leadership under seasoned, globally proven operators has become a strategic priority. Both Tom, who was previously founder and EMEA CEO and Jen, who is being promoted from Director of Client Services EMEA, bring deep experience running multinational experiential programmes for some of the world’s most influential brands.
Tom moves from leading the EMEA organisation to overseeing the entire global Robotproof business, aligning teams, delivery standards, culture and operations across London, New York, and emerging markets. Jen shifts from overseeing EMEA client services to leading global client services, embedding strategic clarity, consistency and client-centricity across the entire business.

A founding member of Robotproof, Tom Ironside has been instrumental in pushing the agency’s continued growth since its inception six years ago. As the architect of the EMEA business, Tom established the region from scratch and has shaped Robotproof’s operational, creative, and cultural identity across every market the agency touches. He has delivered major global experiential programmes for brands including Uber Eats, Haier, Changan, and OFFICE, alongside high-impact activations at Formula 1 Grand Prix.
Since joining Robotproof from Seen Presents, Jen Wong has transformed the EMEA client services function, playing a crucial role in new business wins and in refining Robotproof’s strategic offering.
