New York, NY – May 19, 2026 –
Today, full-service agency Ready Set Rocket (RSR) announces it has named Rich Kolopeaua as Executive Creative Director. Rich joins RSR off the back of a period of significant growth for the agency, coming in to help shape and scale its creative vision as RSR continues to expand its full-service integrated offering. Based in New York, Kolopeaua reports directly to Lauren Bello, CEO and Agency Partner at Ready Set Rocket, a Sia Partners company.

“What Rich understands — and what most people underestimate — is that integrated creative isn’t just a big idea that gets handed off. It’s knowing how to make the work land the right way across every touchpoint, every audience, every moment in someone’s journey. As we scale, that kind of thinking becomes even more critical — and honestly, it’s one of the hardest things to get right,” said Bello. “Rich brings the strategic depth, the genuine creativity, and the ability to inspire and hold a high bar across a lot of moving pieces. He also isn’t afraid to push back on the brief when the brief isn’t right. We’re at a real inflection point in how we work and what we’re building for clients, and having Rich lead our creative vision is going to be a game changer.”

With over two decades of experience at the intersection of advertising, film, and emerging technology, Kolopeaua specializes in building multidisciplinary brand platforms that translate storytelling into measurable consumer engagement. Having held senior leadership roles at Deutsch, Mustache, and Fluid, Kolopeaua has spearheaded global campaigns for industry giants including Google, Samsung, and Anheuser-Busch. His career has been defined by a commitment to fostering creative cultures where innovation thrives, and his work has been recognized with top industry honors from Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, the Art Directors Club, and the Webby Awards.

“I’ve spent my career pursuing creative work that breaks through by bridging brand ambition and real consumer behavior, and RSR fits that perfectly.”  said Kolopeaua. “Lauren has shaped it into an agency with creative range, with the strategic depth and analytical rigor to back it up. That doesn’t come along often, and I’m genuinely excited to continue building from here.”

Kolopeaua will begin in his new role immediately.
