13 July 2026: Social-first creative agency re:act has appointed Lily Randall as Social Media Lead, as the agency continues to invest in its senior team following 30% year-on-year revenue growth.

The appointment comes as re:act builds out its social and content expertise in response to growing client demand across FMCG including beauty, personal care and drinks. It also follows a wider strengthening of the agency’s leadership team, with Jimmy Pugh strategically moving from Head of Social to Head of Client Strategy and Nick Hart promoted from Creative Business Unit Director to Chief Operations Officer.

In her new role, Randall will be responsible for social across the agency, heading up re:act’s Social & Content team and reporting into Emma Bate, Client Strategy Director. Her appointment is designed to deepen the agency’s social capability at a time when platforms, creators and commerce are becoming more closely connected for brands.

Randall joins from QVC UK, where she spent nearly four years as Head of Social Media, leading the brand’s social media strategy across organic and paid channels. During her time at the retailer, she oversaw content strategy, audience growth, community management, creator partnerships and social commerce, including the implementation and development of TikTok Shop for retail brands.

She brings more than 12 years’ experience in digital marketing, having worked across global brands, start-ups and major corporate businesses. Before QVC UK, Randall held senior social roles at OnBuy.com and Weight Watchers UK.

Tom Stone, co-founder at re:act said: “Lily joins at a really exciting point for re:act. We’ve had another strong year of growth, and that gives us the opportunity to bring in senior people who can add proper depth to areas that matter for our clients.

“Social is moving quickly, especially as content, community, creators and commerce become more connected. Lily has lived that shift from inside major retail and consumer brands, which gives her a very practical understanding of what makes social work commercially as well as creatively. Alongside Jimmy’s promotion and Nick stepping into the COO role, her appointment strengthens the senior team we need for the next stage of the agency.”

Lily Randall, Social Media Lead at re:act, said: “Joining re:act marks an exciting new chapter after 13 years working in-house across major corporate brands, including QVC and WW UK.

“What really appealed to me was the chance to bring that brand-side experience into an agency with such strong creative energy and social ambition. Social commerce has become a serious growth driver for brands, and I’m looking forward to helping re:act’s clients connect engagement, brand sentiment and commercial impact in a way that feels natural to how people actually use social platforms.”
