The former leaders of Rediffusion have combined forces to launch a ‘build your own’ brand consulting firm…

Rahul Jauhari, former joint president and CCO of Rediffusion and Hari Ganesh Desikan, the erstwhile Mumbai and South head of operations at Rediffusion have launched Flibbr Consulting.

The model of Flibbr works on a plug-and-play approach by putting together custom teams of seasoned professionals to handle specific business challenges. 

Flibbr is supported by a go-to eco-system of seasoned professionals including the likes of former TBWA CSO Subramanian Krishnan, former Rediffusion ECD, Piyash Ghosh and other senior industry executives like Debalina C, Samir Chonkar, Saurabh Mishra, Yagna Raman, Vinay Kanchan, Saurabh Karandikar and Amitabh Saxena.

Rahul Jauhari, managing partner, Flibbr Consulting said, “We believe the industry is more than ready for something like this. The lack of quality interaction with the senior leadership, restrictive talent pools and conventional hefty retainers are becoming dampeners for clients, who are increasingly open to working with custom-built, specialised teams on a project basis.” 

He added, “On the other hand, there is a world of seasoned talent that wants to work on a model like this. Flibbr brings strategic edge, business-focused creativity, agility, flexibility of talent and value – qualities that many clients miss in their agency partners today.”

Hari Ganesh Desikan, managing partner, Flibbr Consulting, said: “In the traditional agency model, many things are well past their sell-by date, but none more than talent. It’s the most critical ingredient that can deliver disproportionate game-changing results to clients.” 

The ‘build your own’ approach allows clients to tap into the right top-draw talent for every assignment. The aim is to become the CMO’s team that brings in an external perspective with problem solvers who work directly with senior brand custodians to solve real business issues while getting “freedom from hefty retainer arrangements”.
