17th February 2025 London: London-based creative agency bandstand has overseen the huge rebranding exercise of the business, creating everything from cinematic film assets to merchandising.

The rebrand follows TPG Real Estate’s strategic partnership with Quintain Ireland’s management to acquire the homebuilder in August of last year and reflects a new impetus on the company’s mission to deliver high-quality homes in sustainable and vibrant communities. It will also support the next stage of the homebuilder’s growth and evolution as it seeks to accelerate its housing delivery to reach an output target of 1,500 homes a year.

bandstand’s rebranding of Ireland’s largest privately owned homebuilder reflects Quintain’s standards of excellence and heritage, with its commitment to customer care and the highest quality of build reflected in the tagline, “Building With Integrity”.

The rebrand comes at a time of significant expansion for Evara. The homebuilder has already delivered 3,000 homes in key areas of Dublin including Adamstown, Portmarnock and Cherrywood. It currently has land that can accommodate over 7,000 further homes, including the new Dublin suburb of Clonburris. It reflects Evara’s increased focus on sustainability with housing developments featuring integrated green spaces, environmentally conscious design, and NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) Homes.

Evara’s brand is built on three key pillars:

  • Imaginative: Innovative and forward-thinking, Evara designs exceptional living spaces with thoughtful touches, keeping sustainability, design, and placemaking at the forefront.
  • Caring: More than just homes, Evara creates neighbourhoods where people feel safe, accepted, and able to put down roots for the long term.
  • Reliable: With a strong track record across all stages of housebuilding, from site selection to project management, Evara consistently delivers high-quality developments for all stakeholders.

The new Evara brand embodies a commitment to longevity, quality and community values that have guided the company’s success to date and will continue to shape its ambitious pipeline of developments. All these attributes are reflected in every element of the assets created by bandstand, from its strong, memorable name to the elegant logo; brand voice guidelines; petrol blue primary colour scheme, through to its website design, stationary and even umbrellas and golf tees!

With a track record of delivering carefully designed, well-served neighbourhoods, Evara is poised to play a key role in addressing Ireland’s ongoing housing need.

While the new name represents a fresh chapter, Evara’s core values remain unchanged. Building with integrity and guided by principles of imagination, care and reliability, the homebuilder remains focused on delivering exceptional places for all households to live.

Michael Hynes, Chief Executive of Evara, said: “At Evara, our mission is to create new neighbourhoods where people can live in affordable high-quality homes, put down roots and prosper in thriving and welcoming communities. We focus on every detail to deliver well-served neighbourhoods of scale in desirable destinations, which cater for people and families of all sizes.

Our new name and brand identity reflect our dedication to quality, our vision for well-served and sustainable communities and the company’s dedication to the delivery of neighbourhoods that stand the test of time.”

Jennifer Walker, Head of Growth at bandstand said, “The phrase “Building With Integrity” perfectly encapsulates everything Evara is about, from its strong relationships with customers and partners through to the high quality and standards of every element of its residential developments. We couldn’t be more proud to be a part of this chapter in the company’s history”
