Created by independent creative agency Party Land, the work introduces Calvin, otherwise known as “Cal” Culator – a hyper-efficient, proudly nerdy “spokescalculator” who does the math so taxpayers don’t have to. With tax season approaching, Calvin is here to reassure users that with TaxSlayer, filing is easy, accurate, and painless.

Calvin brings a playful energy that stands out in a category often associated with confusion. His delivery reflects TaxSlayer’s brand personality – smart, helpful, approachable – and his passion for taxes mirrors the company’s commitment to making tax filing simple and empowering.

The character also taps into a real product truth: TaxSlayer’s calculator works around the clock to deliver maximum refunds with 100% accuracy.
