São Paulo, May 2026 — AKM announces the return of Paola Bastos as its new Director of Talent and Culture. The executive joins to strengthen the agency’s strategy of evolving its organizational culture and further enhancing talent development. Paola will report directly to Juliana Pileggi Suplicy, CEO of AKM.
With more than 25 years of experience, Paola brings a solid and multifaceted career in the market. Her mission at AKM will be to maximize the company’s most valuable asset—its people—combining her extensive experience with the agency’s forward-looking vision.
Holding a Law degree from UFES, Paola expanded her education with postgraduate studies in Psychoanalysis, Expressive Arts, and Body Dynamics, bringing a human-centered approach that goes beyond traditional HR processes.

A specialist in potential mapping, she is also Gallup-certified (Strengths) and proficient in tools such as DISC, 9Box, and Graphology, with extensive experience in leadership development and in building environments that deliver consistent and sustainable results.
