Panera’ Mother’s Day campaign reunites moms and their children for tear jerking convos
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

This Mother’s Day, Panera is dropping a new campaign and limited-time meal, “the Meet Your Mom” meal inspired by real mother-child duos, partnering with Summer House’s KJ Dillard and his mom, alongside Gals On The Go co-host, Brooke Miccio and her mom, bringing together real mother child duos and the meals that mean something to them.

Available on Sunday May 10th in the Panera app, you can order the “Meet Your Mom” meal, including KJ and his mom’s: “Kelly & Shelly” Meal and Brooke and her mom’s: “Call Your Mom” Meal, both featuring each duo’s go-to Panera pairings for Mother’s Day.

For KJ, the moment is especially personal. He reunited with his mom for this campaign after nearly a year apart, making the shoot feel like a true homecoming. The two reflected on the role she played raising him and his sisters as a single mom, which is why he calls her his superhero, and how her work as a nurse shaped the empathy he carries today. They also shared memories of going to Panera together growing up, making this partnership feel especially nostalgic and full circle.

The “Kelly & Shelly” Meal (KJ’s Meal)
Includes a Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Chocolate Chipper Cookie, and Strawberry Basil Lemonade Fresca. Try KJ Dillard’s meal pick for his superhero of a mom, super delicious if you ask us.

The “Call Your Mom” Meal (Brooke’s Meal)
Includes a Santa Fe Chicken Salad, Kitchen Sink Cookie, and Pomegranate Hibiscus Tea. Brooke and Adina Miccio’s favorite Panera picks that pair perfectly with catching up on life.

This all comes to life in a new campaign bringing real mothers and their children together to share a real meal at Panera while cameras captured the kind of unfiltered, one-on-one dialogue. The result is a social-first film series centered on something simple but relatable: ordering your go to Panera meal, sitting across from your mom, and having a conversation. You can view the hero film on YouTube HERE.

And for those looking to celebrate from home, Panera is also offering $5 off a $25+ delivery order for MyPanera members from May 8 through May 10, making it easy to recreate the moment wherever you are. (Valid 5/8 to 5/10. Redeem in MyPanera account. Participating US cafes. Delivery prices higher and additional fees apply. Terms apply.)
