NFL Shop Brings “Main Character Energy” to New Campaign w/ 72andSunny
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Developed in partnership with creative agency and partner, 72andSunny, NFL Shop is launching the third iteration of their “Drip is in the Details” campaign – celebrating the details that take fan outfits to the next level. From the stitching and fit to color combos and more, the NFL Shop is here to fuel confidence and make fans ready to take on whatever the world (or the NFL season) throws at them (and they don’t just mean footballs). There’s a certain energy we all get when we wear clothes that make us feel like we’re bringing our best. It fuels our confidence, gives us a touch more conviction and makes us ready to take on whatever the world throws at us.

The campaign is launching ahead of Thursday Night Football today with three spots:

  • Click click snap: School pictures, candid photo booth, snaps, and formal family portraits uniquely capture moments in time. What you choose to wear in them reflects not just your style, but an integral part of your identity.
  • Women’s edit: Which celebrates the women of NFL fandom and the ways they bring a little style and swagger to the game.
  • International edit: With the game growing globally, fans in different parts of the world are showing love for their favorite NFL team by rocking their gear. This spot will run only outside the US.

These spots and four others that will go live throughout the month of September also feature influences like AJ Green, Jenna Bandy, Katie Austin, Ryan Mitchell, Lala Romero, Coach OTB, RK Russell, Magaly Rodriguez, Chef Geech, and Alli Forsythe.

The campaign will run on TV and digital channels nationally and globally. I’ve also included a quote from 72andSunny and creative credits below.

Clare Hines, Group Strategy Director, 72andSunny: The “Drip is in the Details” campaign celebrates the way that the details of a fit can level up an entire look. For this year’s iteration, we wanted to tap into the main character energy that NFL fans all over the world feel when they put on their gear: a sense of confidence, swagger, and team pride.
