According to the NFL, over 120 million viewers watched the Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show earlier this year.
After 10 years of working with Pepsi, the NFL has announced that Apple Music will be its new partner for the Super Bowl Halftime Show.
The two agreed to a five-year deal worth $50 million deal according to Ben Fischer of Sports Business Journal.
Super Bowl LVII, which will be played on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2023, in Glendale, Arizona, will mark Apple Music’s first year as part of the iconic Super Bowl Halftime Show.
“Music and sports hold a special place in our hearts, so we’re very excited Apple Music will be part of music and football’s biggest stage,” said Oliver Schusser, Apple’s vice president of Apple Music and Beats.

Rhianna to headline Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show
It has been confirmed that Rihanna will be headlining the Super Bowl Halftime Show in February.
The singer shared an image on Twitter this morning hinting as much. Apple Music’s Twitter account then retweeted Rhianna’s post.

“We couldn’t think of a more appropriate partner for the world’s most-watched musical performance than Apple Music, a service that entertains, inspires, and motivates millions of people around the world through the intersection of music and technology.”
According to the NFL, over 120 million viewers watched The Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show live earlier this year, which featured Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar
