Earlier this year, Dove launched the Let Your Body Body campaign – a music-video style ad for its Whole Body Deo range that that celebrates women and their bodies through movement and song. Written and performed by artist, actress, and producer Chika, the track is a creative remake of the 2002 hit “My Neck, My Back,” originally written and performed by Khia.
The new verse was met with such a positive response online that today, Dove has released a new ninety second version of the reimagined body confidence anthem, with the aim of normalizing whole-body odor and helping women see their beauty as a source of confidence, not anxiety.
This latest campaign element drops as Dove prepares to expand its new Whole Body Deodorant collection. The ad was created and produced by Ogilvy UK, New York, Chicago & Social Labs (Creative & Production).
