New Report Heralds Accenture Song’s Industry Leadership

The report, from an independent research firm, has positioned Accenture Song as a regional leader in digital experience services

Accenture is positioned as a leader in “The Forrester Wave™: Digital Experience Services In Asia Pacific, Q3 2022” report. According to the report, Accenture leads with a compelling digital experience (DX) vision and expansive service portfolio through Accenture Song (formerly Accenture Interactive) in the Asia Pacific region, and received the top ranking across the “current offering” and “strategy” categories. 

The Forrester report noted that compared with other vendors in the evaluation, Accenture is superior in CX insights, experience design and systems, and digital marketing and digital commerce strategy and implementation. Accenture has one of the broadest portfolios of services to help marketing, business and technology stakeholders transform their customer engagement models and uses non traditional business models such as joint ventures to accelerate customers’ transformation. Accenture focuses on experience software from Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce and SAP and significant relationships with Alibaba, Amazon Web Services, Google, IBM and Medallia. 

In addition, Accenture is identified to be a good fit for companies looking to accelerate their growth by reimagining customer engagement across marketing, commerce, and product touchpoints. One reference customer praised Accenture’s program management capabilities and ability to orchestrate value in a complex and highly political corporate environment. Another welcomed Accenture’s broad industry knowledge and strong innovation capabilities. 

Flaviano Faleiro, Accenture Song’s president for growth markets, said: “Companies are looking for a partner who can help them transform amidst growing complexities across channels and platforms. Accenture Song is committed to using creativity, innovation, technology and data to help our clients deliver against their growth ambitions and stay relevant into the future.” 

The report evaluated Accenture alongside 11 of the most significant DX service providers in the Asia Pacific. Service providers were assessed against 21 comprehensive criteria, which were grouped into three high-level categories: “current offering”, “strategy” and “market presence. It also factored in client references and buyer feedback during evaluation. 

Globally, Accenture has also been named a leader in “The Forrester Wave™: Global Digital Experience Services, Q2 2022”. Accenture received the highest scores possible in 15 criteria, including customer experience strategy and insights services, experience design services and systems, digital commerce strategy/implement services, analytics technology services, privacy resources, proprietary software assets and program management services.
