New LegalZoom campaign warns against AI and influencer legal advice
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Here is the LegalZoom’s latest campaign from ARGONAUT, “Wrong Hands,” launching now.

The work builds on LegalZoom’s “Life is more legal than you think” platform, which debuted last year with ads that showed trusted hands helping make informed legal decisions. This year’s follow-up addresses a new reality: in a world flooded with instant AI answers and influencer opinions, people are often led to “wrong hands” for legal advice—sources that are well-intentioned but often lack nuance or are just plain incorrect.

The campaign positions LegalZoom as a holistic and practical solution, providing the technology users want with the human expertise they need, at a predictable price point compared to traditional law firms. It features some observational humor that touches on things we’ve all heard (or maybe even thought): “If AI can map the human genome, I think it can write a will!” one ad says.
