Netcore Launches Audience Agent to Eliminate the Complexity of Segment Creation for Agentic Marketing Teams

MUMBAI, 3rd June, 2026: Netcore has launched “Audience Agent”, a conversational segmentation agent aimed at solving one of modern marketing’s biggest operational bottlenecks, audience creation at scale. The product allows marketers to create, refine, and evolve customer segments using natural language rather than manually configuring rules, attributes, and workflows in traditional segmentation tools.

Building customer segments, the foundation of every campaign, has quietly become one of the biggest hidden bottlenecks inside modern marketing teams. Even simple audience creation often requires navigating complex dashboards, configuring endless rules, manually stitching attributes together, and rebuilding workflows every time a refinement is needed. The result is slower execution, fewer experiments, broader targeting, and missed conversion opportunities.

To solve this growing problem, Netcore today announced the launch of Audience Agent — a conversational segmentation Agent designed to fundamentally change how marketers build audiences.

Instead of manually configuring segments step by step, marketers can now simply describe the audience they want in natural language. The agent instantly builds the segment, maintains context across the entire conversation, and continuously evolves the audience as the marketer refines instructions in real time.

The launch marks another major step in Netcore’s broader vision for agentic marketing, where intelligent systems move beyond static automation and begin operating with context, memory, and continuous optimisation. This is an addition to the already existing agents like Insights and multimodal search.

Unlike traditional segmentation tools that force marketers back into manual workflows after every edit, Audience Agent preserves full conversational context across every refinement. A marketer can create a segment, narrow it further, add exclusions, refine intent signals, or introduce geographic filters, all without rebuilding logic from scratch.

The system is also designed around business-specific intelligence rather than generic audience rules. Terms like “dormant”, “high-value”, or “at-risk” are interpreted according to each brand’s own internal definitions, ensuring segmentation reflects actual business logic instead of static industry defaults.

According to Netcore, the platform can reduce segment creation time by up to 90%, enabling faster campaign execution, more experimentation, and precise targeting across customer journeys. Audience Agent also addresses one of the biggest barriers to enterprise AI adoption: trust.

Rather than operating as a black box, the Agent writes segmentation rules directly onto the canvas in real time, allowing marketers to inspect, edit, and validate every condition before activation. Teams can manually modify rules alongside AI-generated inputs, maintain complete auditability, and instantly revert changes whenever needed.

For years, segment builders have been designed around database logic – events, attributes, and operators. That’s how machines think. It’s not how marketers think. Marketers think in terms like “my best customers” or “people who browse but never buy.” The audience agent speaks that language. And it learns each brand’s specific definitions over time. ‘That’s the difference between AI that assists and AI that understands,’
added Kalpit Jain, Group CEO at Netcore Cloud.

The launch comes at a time when marketing organisations globally are under increasing pressure to improve personalisation, reduce wasted acquisition spend, and operate with greater speed and efficiency. As brands shift toward always-on engagement models, the ability to build and adapt highly contextual audiences in real time is becoming increasingly critical.

What’s changing in marketing right now is bigger than automation. For years, marketers have been forced to adapt themselves to the limitations of software – clicking through workflows, manually configuring logic, and constantly rebuilding segments every time the strategy changes. Audience Agent flips that model. The system adapts to the marketer, not the other way around. This is the beginning of marketing systems that understand intent, preserve context, and continuously evolve alongside the business. The real opportunity isn’t saving a few hours of execution time. It’s unlocking the level of experimentation, precision, and decision-making speed that most teams simply couldn’t operate at before.

Audience Agent is part of Netcore’s growing suite of Agentic Marketing capabilities focused on helping marketers move from manual execution toward autonomous, outcome-driven systems.
