MurphyCobb & Associates (MCA), the global leader in advertising production consulting, has promoted Simon Sikorski to the role of global president, expanding his remit to oversee the company’s worldwide operations, growth strategy, and the continued evolution of its broader strategic offering. Sikorski previously served as president, North America.
Founder Pat Murphy will continue in his role as chief executive officer, with a renewed focus on high-level client advocacy, industry thought leadership, and shaping the company’s long-term vision.
Sikorski’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for MurphyCobb, following another year of revenue growth and continued investment from YFM Equity Partners. In his new role, he will lead the global deployment and execution of MCA’s proprietary production technology platform, Control Room, while expanding the company’s capabilities to ensure the business is equipped to meet future industry challenges.
“We are at an inflection point where production has become a strategic engine of modern marketing,” said Simon Sikorski, global president, MurphyCobb. “My focus will be on operationalising our vision to become the connective tissue across the entire marketing content supply chain. By combining our deep, agnostic expertise with data-led technology—and supporting outstanding, business-building creativity—we are empowering brands to reclaim control of their production ecosystems. I look forward to leading our world-class team as we evolve from traditional production consulting to a future-facing production performance partner.”
Sikorski brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience to the role. Prior to joining MurphyCobb, he served as president of global operations at XR Extreme Reach and as global CEO of Craft, IPG’s production network. His experience managing complex global organizations and driving technology adoption aligns closely with MCA’s 2026 roadmap, which focuses on integrating AI and data intelligence into every client engagement.
“As we celebrate our 20th anniversary in January, there is no one better suited to take the operational reins and drive our global ambitions forward,” said Pat Murphy, founder and CEO of MurphyCobb. “This transition allows me to dedicate more time to what I care about most—working directly with clients to solve their biggest challenges and championing a more transparent and sustainable future for our industry.”
Effective immediately, Sikorski will assume responsibility for all global business functions, including growth, client services, and technology, while continuing as executive sponsor for the North American business and several key global accounts.
