Morgan & Morgan Debuts Two New TV Spots Across “You Wouldn’t” and “Power Move” Campaigns

Morgan & Morgan continues to build out its tandem national campaigns “You Wouldn’t” and “Power Move,” introducing two new spots that take viewers from an operating room turned auto shop to a medieval-inspired break-up.

The latest “You Wouldn’t” spot takes place in an OR where a patient is prepped for surgery. The surgeon turns out to be a grease-stained mechanic treating the procedure like a routine tune-up. As a nurse assures the patient’s family that surgery is going smoothly, the sounds of drills and power tools echo through the hospital. You wouldn’t have a mechanic do your brain surgery, just like you wouldn’t have anyone other than Morgan & Morgan handle your injury case.

“Humor allows us to connect with people, and it differentiates us in a crowded, often dry field,” said Morgan & Morgan founder John Morgan. “Our ‘You Wouldn’t’ and ‘Power Move’ campaigns are meant to entertain, but the underlying message is serious: when the stakes are high, you want America’s largest injury law firm in your corner, fighting against powerful corporate defendants.”

“Power Move” turns to an unlikely source for relationship advice. A man appoints William Shakespeare to help him draft the perfect breakup text. He rehearses the dramatic language aloud, then sticks around to help navigate the dating apps. Sometimes making the right choice means bringing in an expert.

“I’m ridiculously proud of these puppies,” said Carlos Wigle, Chief Creative Officer at Morgan & Morgan. “The concepts are delightfully crazy, the production value is absolutely primo, and together they represent the kind of category-clobbering work we love making. What we’re doing to the law category shouldn’t be legal. A huge thank you to John Morgan for continually giving us the green light to go ham.”

Created by Morgan & Morgan’s in-house agency, the campaigns will run nationally across broadcast, digital, audio, and out-of-home throughout 2026.
