LONDON, 9 APRIL 2025: mFuse, the full-service agency that combines performance and creativity, has named Sue Higgs as Executive Creative Director and the newest member of its leadership team.
Higgs’ role will see her working on key mFuse clients Virgin Money and TalkTalk, as well as having a remit to drive new business and further enhance the agency’s creative reputation.
She also represents the creative function on the mFuse leadership team, sitting alongside Mark Newnes, Managing Director; Danny Josephs, Chief Operating Officer; Laura Moulden, Strategy Director; and Patrick Minard, Executive Director, Media.
Higgs was most recently ECD at Dentsu Creative. She has also held senior creative roles at Grey Group, Publicis and Ogilvy. Her portfolio includes work for brands such as Hilton F1, American Express, Birds Eye, Dove, Vauxhall and Reebok, and has been recognised with awards from Cannes Lions, D&AD, Creative Circle and Campaign’s BIG Awards, among numerous others.
