13th July 2026, London: Integrated media agency, MFM, today announces the appointment of Lucy Crowther as Head of Marketing. Reporting to Chief Strategy Officer Dan Gee, Crowther will lead MFM’s marketing function at a critical stage of the agency’s growth.
At MFM, Lucy will be in charge of marketing and communications, with responsibility for raising the agency’s profile, increasing awareness of MFM’s distinctive model, and translating that understanding into high quality support that drives business growth. She will oversee marketing and communications across MFM’s existing markets in the UK and Northern Europe, with further international expansion planned in the near future.
Lucy joins from Beyond, where she served as Marketing & Growth Director, heading up the marketing function since 2022 for the independent media and creative agency.
Prior to Beyond, Lucy spent four years at Havas, working across the UK new business and marketing team, and supporting agencies within the Havas Village. She was also the New Business Manager at integrated creative agency, TMW Unlimited. She brings cross-disciplinary marketing experience across media, creative, CX and production to the role at MFM.
