Munich, March 25, 2026 — Mediaplus Group has appointed Thomas Le Thierry as Global Chief Growth Officer, effective April 1, a newly created role designed to accelerate the network’s international growth and strengthen its position in multi-market pitches.

In this role, Le Thierry will lead global new business and oversee the strategy and execution of cross-market pitches, working closely with Mediaplus’ market leaders and global team. His focus will be on scaling international client relationships, increasing conversion in multi-market tenders, and supporting the Group’s next phase of growth beyond its core markets.

“Bringing Thomas on board, we are adding a highly international and experienced leader who will help us unlock and support multinational business opportunities beyond Germany. It’s a real investment in our international setup and aligns perfectly with our ambitions,” said Matthias Brüll, Global CEO of Mediaplus Group.

The appointment reflects a broader shift in Mediaplus’ growth strategy, moving from a primarily Germany-led model toward a more globally coordinated approach, with increased focus on international clients and cross-market opportunities.

Le Thierry will work in a matrix structure alongside local leadership teams, focusing on high-impact, multi-market opportunities and ensuring consistent delivery across regions.

“It’s incredibly motivating to join Mediaplus Group at this point in my career for three reasons: the spirit, the model and the timing. In terms of spirit, it feels like joining not just a business, but a family with a clear strategic vision and the determination to bring it to life over the long term,” added Le Thierry.

“In terms of model, the integrated way of working has been there from the start – something that becomes even more relevant as AI reshapes how we work. And in terms of timing, we are entering a new phase for independent communication solutions, as data and technology continue to transform the industry at pace.”

Thomas Le Thierry brings more than two decades of international leadership experience across the agency landscape. Most recently, he founded independent consultancy ubiQuit, following senior leadership roles including CEO EMEA at Dentsu Media and Global President of Vizeum, where he led significant international business growth and global client development.

With this appointment, Mediaplus Group is strengthening its ability to compete in complex, multi-market pitches and positioning itself for the next cycle of international expansion.
