New hires follow four years of growth in Amsterdam for the passion marketing specialists
As M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment celebrates its fourth anniversary in Amsterdam, the agency has underlined its position as the specialists in connecting brands to people via their passions with the announcement of three pivotal hires.
The new appointments follow a fourth year of growth including recent additions UEFA, Ballantines, Catawiki and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, expanding an existing roster that features powerhouses Heineken, Red Bull, SkyShowtime and more.

Cathelijne Noortman, brings vast experience in music, brand and entertainment PR with an expansive and influential network and a proven track-record of weaving world-leading brands into the vibrant worlds of entertainment and culture. Known for her strategic prowess in orchestrating high-impact PR campaigns, she joins from The Media Nanny, and will spearhead the agency’s PR & influencer communications, in the Netherlands, Benelux and global market.
Alex Aylmer, has an extensive understanding of the sponsorship and sports marketing industry, bringing a diverse range of experience from across continents, including previous roles at McLaren Automotive and OMD Create. His remit will be to strengthen the agency’s sponsorship consultancy, rights management, and activation capabilities.
Noëlla Neffati, a creative force of nature, Noëlla boasts a varied career marked by pivotal roles at Marcel Agency and the co-creation of the avant-garde platform, Human Humans. Decorated with over 160 advertising awards, her experience will drive creative excellence, steering integrated activations and productions, with an emphasis on lifestyle and culture.
