NEW YORK, June 1, 2026 – M+C Saatchi North America today announced an expansion of MAKE+, the agency network’s globally connected, AI-enabled production offering built to help brands scale content across markets and platforms.
As part of the expansion, Christopher McLallen has been elevated to oversee integrated production across North America, reporting jointly to North America CEO Nadja Bellan-White and Regional Chief Creative Officer Stevie Archer. This move comes as John Swartz has been promoted to Global Head of Production, responsible for scaling MAKE+ across M+C Saatchi’s international network. Swartz will remain in New York.
MAKE+ has experienced rapid growth over the past year, evolving into a cross-network production capability supporting clients across advertising, consultancy, experiential, strategic communications, and social content. As part of M+C Saatchi North America’s broader investment in integrated client solutions, production revenue in 2025 grew to more than three times the previous year, with 2026 projected to increase an additional 30 percent.
“As production becomes increasingly central to how brands operate and communicate, MAKE+ has become a critical part of our growth story in North America,” said Bellan-White. “Clients need partners who can move quickly, operate globally, and deliver high-quality work at scale without compromising craft. Christopher and John have helped build that future-facing production ecosystem, and I’m excited to see how they’ll continue its ascent.”
Under McLallen and Swartz’s leadership, MAKE+ has supported a growing roster of global clients including JPMorganChase, L’Oréal, Elizabeth Arden, Barclays, and US Soccer. Recent work has included building an AI-driven production system for L’Oréal capable of rapidly generating localized content across multiple markets; delivering end-to-end global production for Elizabeth Arden across China, North America, and the UK; and developing a centralized, AI-enhanced global production framework for JPMorganChase spanning nine international markets.
“Clients need more flexibility today, and we’ve intentionally built MAKE+ to operate differently from the large production networks in the market,” said McLallen. “Sometimes that means building internally, sometimes it means tapping specialist expertise, and often it’s a combination of both. Our focus has been creating a production model that scales efficiently while still protecting craft and creative quality.”
Clients can engage the MAKE+ production team directly, independently of the agency’s broader creative offering, including through embedded production support and white-labeled partnerships.
“We’re seeing more clients build out their own internal production capabilities, and MAKE+ is designed to support that shift rather than compete against it,” said Swartz. “Because we operate as a connected global network, we can act as an extension of a client’s in-house team while also giving them access to talent and production capabilities across multiple markets, allowing us to move faster and more efficiently than our competitors.”
Before taking on the global role, Swartz led M+C Saatchi North America’s production operation, and with McLallen, grew it into the network’s most commercially active market. Swartz first joined M+C Saatchi’s SS+K in 2010 as head of production and creative operations.
McLallen joined M+C Saatchi North America in 2024 as Executive Producer, Head of Content Production. He brings more than 20 years of experience delivering high-impact storytelling across photography, film, digital, and social platforms. His work has earned recognition including Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, Webbys, Art Directors Club honors, and a Guinness World Record.
