MassMutual brand campaign highlights their advisors’ commitment to client relationships

During its 175th year, MassMutual is taking the opportunity to bring to life the principles of trust, strength, and stability in a financial relationship, showing how these qualities are not just commitments, but lived experiences for financial professionals and their clients.

The film in this new ad campaign follows a MassMutual advisor and her strong relationships with her clients, illustrating her long-term commitment to each of them through the letters, photos, and mementos they’ve shared over time. These personal artifacts reveal the stories behind them, along with the goals, loved ones, and milestones they are planning for the future.

“Our goal with this campaign was to capture the human impact behind financial planning,” said Meghan Doscher, Head of Brand and Marketing , MassMutual. “Advisors do far more than build plans — they help people navigate life’s transitions and challenges with confidence. In this milestone anniversary year, we saw a powerful opportunity to celebrate those trusted relationships and the lasting difference they make every day.”

At the heart of this campaign is the belief that every relationship begins with a feeling that signals reliability and confidence, and that trust is built over time. For 175 years, MassMutual has stood by their policyowners, financial professionals, employees, and communities through economic shifts and societal changes, keeping the commitments that define who they are. 

“We wanted this campaign to feel personal and grounded in real relationships,” said Juliana Cobb, Chief Creative Officer, 72andSunny New York. “The letters, photos, and mementos in the film represent years of trust between advisors and the people they support through life’s biggest moments. As MassMutual celebrates 175 years, we focused on telling a story about consistency, care, and the confidence that comes from having someone by your side over time.”
