Mumbai, 7th May 2025: Madison Media is proud to announce that its team that participated in the Ad Spend Optimizer Hackathon at the recently concluded Waves Summit won the top award.
The AdSpend Optimizer Hackathon, launched under the WAVES Create India Challenge Season 1, is a joint initiative by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) and the Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI). The initiative aims to harness the power of data science, machine learning and statistical modelling to drive innovation in media planning and buying. The task was to design a strategy to achieve marketing objectives within defined budgets. Several entries were received from all over the country; out of which teams from Group M, Hansa Cequity, OMD and Madison were shortlisted and invited to present their case at the summit. Madison’s winning entry stood out for its strategic depth, innovative use of technology and practical application in real-world advertising scenarios.
